# Hogsio LLC (合同会社ホグシオ)

Hogsio LLC is a Tokyo-based company founded in 2017. The name comes from "hogusu" (ほぐす = to untangle) + "socio" (society). We develop web applications and facilitate Design Thinking & Systems Thinking workshops. Every product we build addresses a form of "stiffness" found in everyday life — miscommunication between partners, tension in the body, gratitude left unspoken, wisdom that never reaches.

### Uriagecho (売上手帳 / Sales Notebook)
- Tagline: From sold to net profit, at a glance. / 売れたら、利益まで一目で。
- Sales tracker for individual flea-market sellers on Mercari, Rakuma and PayPay Flea Market. Pick the marketplace and the fee rate is applied automatically, computing profit (price − fee − cost − shipping). Manages inventory, expenses, a monthly summary and a 6-month trend. Free, mobile-friendly web app.

### Runward
- Tagline: Run it back. / 走れば、戻ってくる。
- Running-habit app. Pay a monthly plan, run to a "reward point" you set on the map and back, and part of the fee is refunded (cashback) to your original card for every day you complete. It applies the gym-membership mindset to daily running. It is a monthly-fee-plus-achievement-refund model — not a bet: unearned amounts are never redistributed to other users, and refunds go only to the original card. Standard plan ¥1,500/month (approx. $10), up to 70% cashback (up to ¥1,050). Arrival is judged server-side (Amazon Location Service) for tamper resistance. Web app (PWA), 7 languages.
